You can do that here, by signing up to my newsletter!
I promise I’ll only send my newsletter, free offerings, info on my books and things I think you might be interested in. And I double promise (if that’s not a thing it should be) to keep your information private and never, ever spam you. Ever.
This weekend is National Adoption Weekend at PetSmarts in the U.S. If you’ve never heard of this, you can find more information about it here.
I work with a local animal rescue that is lucky enough to partner with an area PetSmart to increase the effectiveness and reach of its adoption program. Needless to say, these weekends are super important to smaller, local rescues like mine and I appreciate everything PetSmart stores do for local rescues in their communities. If you’re in the market for a new furry addition to your family, I encourage you to consider adopting and maybe go check out your local PetSmart this weekend. You never know, you might just meet your new best buddy.
Why am I blogging about National Pet Adoption Weekend? Because apparently, I’ve lost my mind and agreed to watch a couple of foster puppies for a few days to give a friend a break from all the puppy madness.
TWO PUPPIES, YOU GUYS. What does this say about me? Probably that I like my friend more than I like my sanity. Also, I am a sucker for cute furry faces.
I haven’t broken the news to Kitty yet but am currently taking odds on her reaction. At the moment, I see a few possibilities:
I’ll try to post pup-dates to my social media feeds, so be sure to check those out if you haven’t already.
Otherwise, remember to #AdoptDontShop and if you’re near a PetSmart this weekend, swing in and see if your best friend is there waiting for you!
