Hello, hello! Today, I’m excited to introduce you more formally to the Heroine of Only with You, the first book in the Harmony Springs romantic comedy series.

Name: Olivia Jane (“Livy”) Jennings
Age: 29
Astrological Sign: Libra
Family: Parents (deceased), sister, Alice, age 15
Favorite Color: It used to be purple, after Scenes 5-7, it’s blue
Pets: None, but she’s been enjoying Cole’s puppy, Chevy (Cole would like to insert here that Chevy is not his puppy—he’s a foster.) (The author would like to remind Cole that sometimes fosters don’t leave. She may or may not have experience with this. 😁)
Education: Masters in Art History from Brown University
Job: Activities Director for Sunny Peaks Senior Community Center and Living Facility, barista-in-training at The Jumping Java Bean
Favorite Artist: Caterina van Hemessen (Fun fact, she invented the Selfie! Sort of. She is credited as the first artist—male or female—to create a self-portrait.)
Favorite Author: Shakespeare, unless she’s taking a hot bath and needs a good historical romance to unwind, then it’s Erica Ridley
Favorite Possession: The antique tea set that has been passed down from mother-to-daughter for four generations. (Check out the inspiration here.)
Fun Facts from the Author: Despite several attempts to change it, Livy remains British. She’s a U.S. citizen, having gotten her citizenship after she turned 18, but that accent has stuck. I still have doubts that this is a good idea for the story, but Livy won’t broker any argument. To make myself feel better about it, I’ve given her a deep vocabulary of British cuss words. Keep Calm and Carry On, Wankers!
