The Not Now, I’m Gratituding journal guides you day by day, week by week, using focus sections, weekly recaps, prompts and inspirational quotes—all to make your gratitude practice a habit.

This journal has prompts for 20 weeks—or 140 days—of gratituding. Enough time to make gratitude a habit.

Each week starts with an inspirational quote to set you on the right path, and a place to set your intentions for the week. Every day includes three lines for Gratituding. The week then ends with a recap where you give yourself credit for what you did that week (trust me, you did something!). There is also a place at the end of each week for you to jot down notes, to-dos, your grocery list—however you need to use it.
